If getting a haircut feels overwhelming — for you or someone you love — I see you. I specialize in sensory-friendly haircuts in a private, quiet suite where we go at your pace. I’m a licensed cosmetologist with five years of experience, and I also work in a special education classroom. That means I’m patient, trauma-informed, and experienced in supporting kids and adults who need extra time or flexibility during a service. My clients often tell me I’m the first barber who really listened. Whether we’re cutting a first fade, shaping a beard, or helping a kid who’s nervous about clippers, I take time to explain each step, show pictures, and never rush the consultation. Everyone deserves to feel safe and heard in the chair. Need a break halfway through? No problem. Want the lights dimmed or no clippers at all? I’ve got you. Quiet tools, sensory toys, soft music, and even a step outside — we adjust however you need. I cut men’s hair, boys’ and girls’ cuts too, all with the same respect and calm approach.
